What is the membership year?

Our membership year is a rolling 12-months.

Can I transfer my state membership to another individual?

No. Membership is individual and not corporate and cannot be transferred to another individual.

Membership in HLA Massachusetts/Rhode Island is on a rolling 12-month basis. You can enroll as an Active Member, Business Resource Member, or Student/Faculty member.

Active Member ($99.00 annually)

Individuals who act in a managerial, executive, administrative, or supervisory role for a medical provider, or an individual directly employed by a physician organization, physician practice management organization, or a hospital or hospital system.

Business Resource Member ($195.00 annually)

Individuals who work for companies that supply products or services to medical practices.

Student/Faculty Member

You must be a full-time student or a faculty member in a graduate medical education training or business administration program in an accredited college or University program.

Business Resource - $195.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments A Business Resource Member is an individual who is engaged by an organization that offers goods and/or services to a medical practice.

Student/Faculty - Free Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments
A Student/Faculty Member is a full-time student or full-time faculty member enrolled or teaching in a health care related Undergraduate or Masters program at an accredited college or university in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or the State of Rhode Island.
