How do I change my work or contact information?

  • Log into the web site and update your profile.

What is the membership year?

  • Our membership year is a rolling 12-months.

Can I transfer my state membership to another individual?

  • No. Membership is individual and not corporate and cannot be transferred to another individual.


Membership in HLA Northeast is on a rolling 12-month basis.  You can enroll as an Active Member, Affiliate Member, Faculty member, or Student Member.

Active Member ($99.00 annually)

Individuals who act in a managerial, executive, administrative, or supervisory role for a medical provider, or an individual directly employed by a physician organization, physician practice management organization, or a hospital or hospital system.

Affiliate Member ($195.00 annually)

Individuals who work for companies that supply products or services to medical practices.

Faculty Member ($75 annually)

You must be a faculty member in graduate medical education training or a business administration program in an accredited college or University program.

Student Member (FREE)

You must be a full-time student in graduate medical education training or a business administration program in an accredited college or University program.

Guidelines

  • Available to organizations that enroll 5 or more individuals
  • The effective dates of membership will be 1 year from join date
  • The memberships purchased by a practice/business entity are assigned to that practice/business entity. If an individual employee leaves the employment of the practice/business entity, the individual who left will have a 30-day extension to join. The practice/business entity can transfer that membership to another employee.
  • As an organization adds members, the additional discount will be applied with each new member and future renewals. discounts will not be applied retroactively.
