CANCELLATION POLICY

IMPORTANT NOTICE: By submitting this form, you agree to the terms and conditions stated above. Requests for cancellation MUST be sent in writing and by mail to qualify for a refund.  A 50% refund will be granted to authorized requests received ON OR BEFORE March 8, 2026.  Cancellation refund requests received AFTER March 8, 2026 will NOT be accepted. No-shows are non-refundable.  Send all requests to: HLA Northeast, P.O.
